Leading Across Chapters: Hear from Our Panhellenic Delegates
Leadership within the Panhellenic community extends far beyond individual chapters. As Panhellenic delegates, these women help unite our Panhellenic community by fostering collaboration, strengthening relationships, and encouraging connection across chapters. Hear from a few of these delegates about their Panhellenic experiences and what inspired them to step into this role.
“My Panhellenic experience has been so incredible! I have met so many amazing women who are so positive and inspiring. With Panhellenic I have been able to meet girls in other chapters and create such meaningful friendships. Panhellenic has allowed me to also serve my community and give back. I decided to run for the role of Panhellenic delegate because I wanted to serve my sorority and get more involved within my chapter as well as Panhellenic. I love meeting new people so I thought this role would be perfect and it would also help to strengthen my communication and leadership skills. What I love most about Panhellenic is how it creates spaces for different chapters to connect, collaborate, and form lasting friendships.”
- Isabella Campa, Sigma Kappa Panhellenic Delegate
“My experience in Panhellenic has allowed me to connect with the most amazing people. Panhellenic is so special to me because it emphasizes the moments where chapters come together as one whole. Seeing all the different ways our chapters contribute service to the surrounding community is both heartwarming and inspiring. I stepped into the role as Panhellenic delegate to develop sisterhoods across the board.”
- Molly Singer, Alpha Chi Omega Panhellenic Delegate
“Being a part of the Panhellenic community at Clemson truly means being involved in something bigger than yourself and your chapter. Becoming a member of Clemson Panhellenic means gaining lifelong friendships and sisterhood with girls near and far, alike and different, both in your chapter and beyond, and that’s what we call love beyond letters. Through my role as a Panhellenic Delegate, I am able to rally support for other chapters and their philanthropies while also advocating for my own. It is evident that without the encouragement and support of the entire Panhellenic community, no chapter would be able to succeed. During recruitment, there is so much emphasis on finding your “home,” but here at Clemson, by simply joining the Panhellenic Association, you have already found your way home.”
- Abby Shepard, Delta Delta Delta Panhellenic Delegate
“Before stepping into the role of Panhellenic Delegate, I had the opportunity to serve on my chapter’s executive board, which gave me a deeper understanding of leadership, accountability, and what it means to represent something bigger than myself. Through Panhellenic, I’ve been able to connect with women from chapters across campus and see firsthand how strong and supportive Clemson’s sorority community truly is. This experience has deepened my love not only for the Panhellenic community as a whole, but also for my own chapter, as it constantly reminds me how proud I am to represent Pi Beta Phi. I stepped into this role because I wanted to help strengthen collaboration between chapters, support Panhellenic initiatives, and contribute to a community that empowers women to lead, serve, and grow together.”
- Abigail Casey, Pi Beta Phi Panhellenic Delegate
