Registration Overview
Registration Fee: $175
Payment is due at the time of registration via the online form.
No cash or checks accepted.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Registration Process
The registration form serves as your first round of recruitment! This is how you will introduce yourself to the chapters so they can learn more about you!
Please note:
The form takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete.
Registration must be completed in one sitting. If you leave the form incomplete, your information may not be saved.
Incomplete or inactive accounts may be deleted. If this happens, simply start over and create a new account.
Do not begin registration until your PNM Video is complete and ready to upload.
What You'll Need to Register
1. PNM Video
Your PNM Video serves as your first round of recruitment! Chapters watch each video throughout the summer to learn more about you. You are required to upload a video during the registration process through Campus Director. You can find instructions for your video here!
2. Personal and Academic Information
Clemson University email address
Clemson student ID number
Emergency contact information
Parent/guardian contact information
GPA (on a 4.0 unweighted scale)
If your high school does not use a 4.0 scale, use the GPA calculator linked here: HS GPA calculator
All GPAs will be verified by Clemson Fraternity and Sorority Life Staff
3. Transcript Upload
Incoming Freshmen:
Final high school transcript (must include all final grades)
You must wait to register until your final transcript is available–this will not harm your recruitment experience! Chapters will not have access to your registration until a completed transcript is submitted and your GPA has been verified by Clemson Fraternity and Sorority Life Staff.
Current Clemson, Bridge, or Transfer Students:
Completed college transcript
You do not need to submit a high school transcript. Chapters will only be provided your verified college GPA.
Note: Unofficial transcripts are accepted. Chapters do not have access to see your transcript. Only your verified GPA.
4. Additional Materials
A solo picture of yourself (e.g., senior photo, headshot, prom photo)
Legacy information (if applicable)
List of activities, honors, community service, interests
Answer the following short answer questions:
How do you see yourself making a positive impact on the Clemson community through your involvement in a sorority?
What’s an accomplishment or unique trait about yourself that others might not now?
What qualities or values do your friends have that are meaningful to you? How do you align with these qualities or values?
Who is an influential woman that you look up to? What are qualities she holds that you hope to exemplify?
After You Register…
SUMMER EMAILS
Once a Potential New Member (PNM) registers for Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, the PNM and her parent(s)/guardian(s) will receive a series of informative emails about fraternity and sorority life at Clemson and the Panhellenic recruitment process. For PNMs, these emails will be sent to your Clemson email address. Parents/guardians, these emails will be sent to the email address your student enters for you when she registers. These emails are sent by an email marketing software called Emma. If you feel you are not receiving these emails, please first check your junk mail. If you do not find the emails in your junk mail, please email Ellie Cahill at eecahil@clemson.edu.
On Campus Housing
If you are a student who is living on campus, you will move in on August 12th, 2025. Any & all women moving in that day will be going through the primary recruitment process. Pi Chis and Panhellenic Exec will be there helping them move in if they need. Spend time with your families and say your goodbyes before jumping right into recruitment and college!
