Meet the Edwards sisters!!
We are so grateful to feature another sister pair, Carlisle and Evelyn Edwards!! In this blog, they share their Panhellenic experience of going through college side by side while finding their homes in different chapters. While they have built their own sisterhood in Kappa Kappa Gamma and Alpha Phi, their bond has only grown stronger throughout their time at Clemson University. From growing up together to navigating college life, their story is a reminder that sisterhood lasts a lifetime and that Panhellenic love truly goes beyond letters.
“Getting to do college with my built in best friend has been one of the best parts of Clemson. I’m a sophomore and she’s a freshman, and somehow we’ve grown even closer since being at college. From random coffee dates to showing her the ropes, I always have my person and she just gets me. Even though she’s in Alpha Phi and I’m in Kappa Kappa Gamma, it makes it even more special getting to show up for each other’s events and support both of our chapters' philanthropies. We get to have our own experiences while still supporting each other every step of the way. I feel so grateful I get to do college with my sister Evelyn.”

“Starting college has been extra fun because I get to do it with my bff. Having her here as a sophomore showing me the ropes has honestly blessed me in so many ways. I’ve always looked up to her, and getting to see her in her element at Clemson just makes me think she’s even cooler (even if I won’t say that to her face). From walking to class together to sister sleepovers, I’m so lucky I always have my person. Even though she’s in Kappa Kappa Gamma and I’m in Alpha Phi, getting to go to each other’s events and support both of our chapters makes everything that much more special. She’s not just my sister, she’s my role model and my best friend, and I’m so grateful I get to do college with her.”
